“Everytime you eat, it is an opportunity to nourish your body”. We created an opportunity for people to learn some healthy food recipes at Goli Soda. We had home Chef Kamalika Krishmy conduct this session at Goli Soda on 7th March 2015.
She demonstrated the following dishes and detailed printed copies of these recipes were shared with each participant.
- Cornmeal Dosa
2. Millet Fried Rice
3. Thinnai Payasam
4. Wheat Flour Panniyaram.
This cookery workshop was demonstrative and a semi hands-on format. Participants were allowed to try out some dishes themselves.
